(1). The real modularized structure, outstanding exchangeability. 

There are only three kinds of modules, with which we can get any size of weighbridge you want: 3x8,  10,  12,  14,  16,  18, 20, 22, 24m. Also you can easily enlarge the length from 12m to 18m, or from 18m to 22m only by adding 3 pieces of modules, which saves a lot of cost for customer

(2). More pieces of weighbridges can be loaded into a 40ft container.

The structure is specially designed as per the inner dimension of 40ft

container. The full use of container is to the utmost. Can put into the container 3 sets weighbridges 3x18m 80t (Axle load 25t) 

(3). Ideal delivery time 

Real modularized structure ensures us to keep enough modules in stock. That  means  we  can  deliver  in  very  short  time.  Usually,  2  sets  of  18x3m weighbridges can be delivered in 10 days, if the order is stable and large, the delivery time will be shorter. 

(4). High strength and heavy duty structure

 Full  checker  plate  deck  (8+2mm),  8  pieces  of  6mm  thick  U-beams  are welded for each modular part. CO2 mixed with AR protection welding and Automatic union melt welding of weighbridges  ensure  each  u-beam  fully  sealed.  The  CO2 mixed with AR protection welding is standard fillet weld with no end, the weld leg of which is at least 8mm. The safe  load  is  over  130%FS  and  can  handle  up  1.5  million weighments.

(5). Exceptional rust and corrosion protection, outstanding resistance to wear. 

Sandblasting for rust removal, at the Sa2.5 standard (ISO 8501-1): Completely remove oxide scale, rust, and oil stains. The surface roughness is 40-75 μm. Focus on treating the edges, corners, and weld seams to avoid residual rust spots. 

The primer is an epoxy zinc-rich primer, with an effective paint film thickness of 40-60 microns. The topcoat is an acrylic polyurethane paint, with an effective paint film thickness of 40-60 microns.(two layers primer and two layers topcoat painting) 

(6). Fast and economical installation, even in restricted sites.

SCS-MU3 weighbridge is humanized designed structure. During assembling, no need to turn over the bridges. It takes usually 5 hours by 2 people to finish the installation of 1 complete set of 18x3m weighbridge. Even in the place without crane, the weighbridge can be easily installed by forklift.

Removable section covers allow convenient access for maintenance and service.
